An exciting new chapter is starting in my life!

Now that the Portfolio Show is over, it is time for me to start looking for jobs in my career field. I have lots of people to reach out to, and many options to choose from for what I want to do in the next chapter of my life. when choosing where to work at, there are lots of interviews along the way in your business picking process. Recently, I had an interview with a company, and I’d like to tell you a little bit more about it.

Minuteman Press is a printing press company here in Sioux Falls. They do a lot of hands on material work like printing, cutting folding and sending out papers to people. I reached out to them because they were looking for a new person to be on their team. I sent over my résumé, some school experience, and told them I was very interested in their position.

They reached out to me, saying that they would like to hold a phone interview. I gladly excepted the offer! In the phone interview, they wanted to know a little bit more about me. I told them about myself, where I grew up, and what my skills were. my hopes were very high up, since they said, I knew a lot about printers, crop marks, and bleeds. In fact, it went so well that they want to hold an in person interview with me sometime next week. I am very excited for this, and I will let you guys know how it goes.
